Delivery
So that we can get your order to you as quickly as possible please make sure your address details have been entered correctly.
How long will my order take
All orders are carefully packaged by our team Monday to Friday and most Saturdays. Food orders are dispatched on a next working day service (Monday to Friday), however some deliveries can take up to three-five working days to arrive, so we kindly ask that you allow plenty of time for unexpected delays within the courier service, which are beyond our control. We aim to dispatch all orders before 10am where possible, so to help minimise any delays, we recommend placing your order before 10am.
Outside of the UK
Deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK mainland including, Ireland, Channel Isles and Isle of Man are at the discretion of Healthy Dog Food Ltd, please contact us at sales@healthydogfoodltd.co.uk to request this service.
Returns
Unfortunately we can not accept returns due to defra policy. If you have a problem with your order please contact us at sales@healthydogfoodltd.co.uk where we will be able to replace or refund the item.
